BACKGROUND
AI courses can feel overwhelming—endless content, little guidance. Corporate training focuses too narrowly on tools, missing the bigger picture. You’re left isolated, unsure how to apply your learning. We offer an alternative.
Founded by AI tutors from the University of Oxford, Erdos flips the traditional model.
We are pioneers in reskilling for AI using fellowship based learning.
Like conventional courses, we provide a certificate. But unlike conventional courses, Erdos places a lot more emphasis on real life experience, mentorship, project based learning, flexibility and most importantly, community
Traditional courses conclude with the Capstone project In contrast, at Erdos, your learning journey begins with the Capstone project.
Before the Capstone, you complete our AI course modules designed for the roles of AI project managers(spec driven development), AI Strategy Lead, AI Transformation Manager, Head of AI Innovation, AI Business Analyst.
After the Capstone, you focus on real-world projects by extending your capstone and working with other projects. In doing so, you work with others with AI experience. You can also launch your own project using the Erdos Brain Platform.

LEARNING JOURNEY: A COMMUNITY BUILT ON COURSES AND CAPSTONE PROJECTS
Erdos Research is a community built around courses and capstone projects. We are inspired by the ethos of the Hungarian mathematician Paul Erdos – collaboration, intellectual curiosity and exploration.
The learning roadmap is as follows
2 months orientation – 4 months modules – 6 months experience
We have bi-weekly live sessions: Every alternate Sunday
8:00 AM or 8:00 PM UK time – 1-hour sessions on both times (live + recorded) – same content in both time slots
The program comprises two core courses – around which the projects and community are built:
AI Product Manager → Learn to build AI products using Spec-Driven Development
AI Strategist → Learn to create high-impact AI Business Cases
The program targets the roles – AI project managers (spec driven development), AI Strategy Lead, AI Transformation Manager, Head of AI Innovation, AI Business Analyst.
WHAT IS SPEC DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT?
Erdos is based on a concept called Spec Driven Development.
Spec-Driven Development puts structured thinking before coding.
Start with a Product Requirements Document (PRD)
Define API contracts, data models, edge cases
Use AI agents and low-code tools to build from the spec
In contrast, “vibe coding” is developer centric
OUTCOMES

Functional Prototype → Built using no-code/low-code tools
Portfolio-Ready Project → Real-world, collaborative, and open source

THE ERDOS BRAIN INCORPORATES THE OXFORD TUTORIAL METHODOLOGY
Unique to Oxford and Cambridge Universities, the Oxford Tutorial system is not merely teaching—it is a method of learning to think. It fosters critical thinking, analytical reasoning, self-reflection, and intellectual independence. The student is expected to engage deeply, write and defend arguments, and receive personalized, critical feedback.
The system supports developing intellectual judgement, imagination, intellectual discipline, and encourages a lifelong love of learning. This method equips students not just with facts but with the ability to continually question, reinterpret, and evolve.
The Erdos Brain platform is based on an agentic model of the Oxford Tutorial system.
RESKILLING FOR ENTERPRISE AI
We take a comprehensive view of reskilling for AI. Skill (or in most cases – reskilling) to AI should include at least the following
Solve a real problem (Build)
Demonstrate value for the Enterprise (the Enterprise AI business case)
Understand the context (where your solution fits in – and what else could have been possible – with its pros and cons) – the known – unknowns in the Enterprise AI business case
We see reskilling for Enterprise AI as a mindset for demonstrating value within the Enterprise context.
