We’re inspired by the mathematician Paul Erdős, known for building knowledge through collaboration.
We’ve created a space that feels like “returning to university”—a supportive, exploratory environment away from deadlines and distractions.

Erdos comprises
1) An Open Source AI platform
2) An AI agent
3) Decentralised projects
4) and most importantly, a Community
From our experience in teaching at the University of Oxford, working with the best people is like herding cats
You provide a broad framework and a support structure and let the ideas flow at a grassroots level
Thus, Erdos is a series of projects led by individuals.
You can participate in one or more projects. projects are based on our platform
The AI agent has two functions
1) Helps build the project (with the help of experts)
2) Maps your learning objectives to specific projects based on our methodology (Maximum Virtual Projects)
Currently the platform is based on
1) MCP
2) GPT-5
3) Reasoning
4) Process mining
5) Full stack and Agents (AI generated)
6) Data Governance for AI Agents
This will expand soon
We have calls every two weeks where you are encouraged to present your work
The platform and all contributions are as per the MIT license
We operate projects in a decentralised manner ie that means you can suggest projects, work with multiple projects etc
This gives you the flexibility to manage your work with your job
